COMPLIMENTS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS AND COMPLAINTS
Staff working in the Talking Change Team aim to provide the highest standard of care for the people of Portsmouth, so when patients offer praise or criticism we listen carefully and use this to improve our service.
We would like service users to let us know when they have been pleased with the service they have received or if they would like to make a comment about our service.
If you have a concern about the treatment you have received, we would encourage you to discuss the matter with us. If things do go wrong it's always best to let someone know on the spot, as staff may be able to resolve the problem immediately.

However if you do not feel comfortable talking to staff from the area, you can contact the Patient Experience Service, an organisation set up to make it easier to comment on local NHS services. All information regarding complaints is kept strictly confidential, and details will not be kept in your records. Therefore, raising your concerns will not affect your future care in any way.
